Around a month I change my way to eat, I decided to being responsable with myself, but I will show you a recipe that is before my change in eating. Is a delicious dessert that my grandmother taught me when I was 10 years old, and the best is that you don't need and oven.

Tiramisu
You'll need:
-champagne cookies (2 or 3 packs)
-2 cups of coffee (the intensity you want)
-cream cheese (1)
-cream (for whipping)
-sugar (your taste, I like it with no more than 1 cup)
- Chocolate (the kind you like most, I recommend you "Costa rama")
-2 Bowls (one deep the other low deep)
-1 fountain (crockery or glass)
-mixer
-Spoon
Let's do it:
1.- In the deep bowl put the cream cheese at all, then start mix it with the mixer, while your doing that start add the cream for whipping slowly, and finally add the sugar slowly too and you can try how is the cream and if it need more sugar or is it right. The result have to be a cream not to much soft better a little thicken.
2.-put the coffee in the low bowl (better if isn't to hot) you have to soak the champagne cookies, one by one, in the coffee and when you look they are soak but not much put it in the fountain thinking that your going to made a base of soak cookies.
3.-When you have all ready your base of cookies in the fountain, you'll add a cape of the cream you made after, no more than a 0,5 or 1 centimeter of deeper, and finally add grated chocolate (that's why I recommended you Costa rama).
4.-Finally you have to repeat the same process till you have 2 or 3 capes of cream, or till you run out of cream, and put it in the fridge around 30 minutes, and it's ready.
